Hilliard: Party Packages

Standard Party -$300
Our standard package includes admission for 15 kids and 120 minutes use of the party room. Party capacity is capped at 30 people total (includes both adults and kids).
-Party guests have full access to the playground during their party session. At the end of the session guests are required to leave to allow our staff to begin cleaning and sanitization
-Basic utensils, table cloth, water bottles, and juice boxes will be provided.
-Please note the play area is also open to public during parties.
-Party slots are available for 10am-12pm, or 3pm-5pm.
-Party time can be extended for 1 hour for $150, dependent on capacity availability. For extended parties, a morning party time would be from 9am-12pm, and an afternoon party time would be 2pm-5pm.

Mini Party- $150 (WEEKDAYS ONLY)
Our mini party package includes admission for 6 kids and 120 minutes use of the party room. Party capacity is capped at 15 people (includes both adults and kids). Please note: if your party exceeds 6 kids, it will be charged as a standard party.
-Party guests have full access to the playground during their party session. At the end of the session guests are required to leave to allow our staff to begin cleaning and sanitization
-Basic utensils, table cloth, water bottles, and juice boxes will be provided.
-Please note the play area is also open to public during parties.
-Party time can be extended for 1 hour for $75, dependent on capacity availability. For extended parties, a morning party time would be from 9am-12pm, and an afternoon party time would be 2pm-5pm.

Premium Package – $500 (require booking at least 2 weeks in advance)
Our premium package gives you the ultimate hassle free experience while we take care of everything for you! Our premium package will include:
– Admission for 15 kids. Party capacity capped at 30 total people (includes both adults and kids).
-120 minutes use of the private party room.
-Party guests have full access to the playground during their party session. At the end of the session guests are required to leave to allow our staff to begin cleaning and sanitization.
– Themed decorations (select from Unicorn, Ocean, Jungle, Rainbow, or any color based theme).
– 2 large pizzas, cheese or pepperoni.
– Refreshments (juice boxes, water), cup cakes (1 per child), utensils
-Please note the play area is open to public during parties.
-Party time can be extended for 1 hour for $250, dependent on capacity availability. For extended parties, a morning party time would be from 9am-12pm, and an afternoon party time would be 2pm-5pm.

AFTER HOUR PARTY – $500/hr (*effective beginning 2/11)
After hour parties are private with the space all to yourself!
-Private parties are limited to 50 people total (includes both adults and kids).
-Basic utensils, table cloth, and refreshments will be provided.
-Kids are required to wear trampoline socks, and adults need normal socks. Socks can be purchased for $2.
-Minimum of 2 hour booking required, can be extended for 1 hour, dependent on capacity availability and require 2-week advance notice.

FACILITY RULES
-Masks are strongly recommended.
–Kids are required to wear trampoline socks, and adults need normal socks. Socks can be purchased for $2.
-Playground is restricted to ages 8 and under. Children above 8 may still attend in party room but will not be able to go on playground equipment.
-Please be mindful of the 120 minutes use time for the party room. Party guests are asked to leave promptly at the end of the session to allow staff to begin cleaning and sanitization.
-You may arrive up 15 minutes prior to reserved time for set up.
-All parties have an max allowance of 30 people total.
-All guests are required to sign waivers during check in if they have not previously signed one/been to our facility.
-3rd party vendors are not allowed (magicians, performers, etc).

Booking and Cancellation Policy
All parties must be paid in full at time of booking. We have a 2 week cancellation policy. All cancellations 2 weeks or prior to the scheduled date will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made within 2 weeks will not be refunded.
*Please note: If we are required by the government to shut down because of COVID-19, you will receive a full refund. If we are still open and a customer needs to cancel within 2 weeks due to any reason, we offer a free reschedule or credit for that amount.*
